I found a food、grasshoppers boiled down in sweetened soy sauce during the trip in Hagurosan.

I haven’t eaten one. But I have heard the food was generally cooked throughout Japan.

I think the insect is distributed widely throughout the world. I wonder, are there some countries which eat insects?

Anyway, when we were children there was a cloud of locusts in a rice paddy.

The food I found is a rich food.

Three grasshoppers have calories the same number calories as one egg.

But many kinds of insect have disappeared in Japan, so nobody cooks the food anymore.
