Sushi
Sushi comes in several kinds of forms, but the most typical one is nigiri-zushi.
It is usually eaten at sushi restaurants rather than at home.
To make nigiri-zushi, chefs take a small amount of rice (which is already seasoned with vinegar and sugar) and make it into a rice ball, topping it with raw or cooked fish or another delicacy.
Sushi may be very expensive in some exclusive restaurant, but there are also reasonable ones called kaiten- zushi, where small plates of sushi go around on a conveyer belt so that customers can take they want.
Last lesson, we were talking about sushi, so that I rememberd a kaiten-zushi, and I went to one with my husband after an interval of a year.
“ Ichiganzusi ” is the name, it is near our house. This restaurant we can order any other dish we like, so chefs take nigiri by own his hand. And we enjoyed to eat as at an exclusive restaurant. It is not so cheap but inexpensive.
