Tue.

Walking shoes
Today, I had thirty minutes before my English lesson, so I dropped in at Ito Yokado. There I found a pair of walking shoes which were on sale for 30 percent off the list price. I needed new walking shoes, but I decided not to get them. They were blue. I wanted to use them not only during the summer but also during other seasons, so I didn’t get them. But I was thinking them throughout the class. After class, I went to see the shoes again, the moment I saw them, I was surprised that the price had changed to over 50 percent off. So I got them.
The shoes are made of calfskin, made in Japan, and the price was 3,900 yen. I was satisfied. I can enjoy playing ground golf in these shoes.
Anyhow I often get discount things, but I haven’t seen a price discounted before my eyes. So I don’t know what things normally cost.
