境内にあって存在感がある。家族で愛した花のひとつ。
Sushi
One of the most my favorite food is Sushi.
Sushi comes in several kinds of forms, but the most typical one is nigiri-zushi.
It is usually eaten at sushi restaurants rather than at home.
Sushi may be very expensive in some exclusive restaurants, but there are also reasonable ones called Kaiten –zushi.
There is a good Kaiten-zushi which called Ichiganzushi near my house. Shall we have our class reunion at the Kaiten-zushi?
Making Sushi
Take a small amount of rice which is already seasoned with vinegar and sugar.
And make it into a rice ball, topping it with raw or cooked fish or another delicacy.
