　　　　　１夜経って酢漬けは色づいてきました。きのこ数種類の醤油漬けと蕪、　　　　　大根、人参の甘酒漬けも追加
　　　　 余分の付け汁は瓶に詰めて保存し、余った野菜をその都度漬けこむ
