Fri. 夫婦岩・アップルパイ

一年前の１２月の二見が浦。伊勢参りをして万事祈願してきました。いろいろありましたこの１年は。最後よければ全てよし、といたします。
冷やしたりんごのコンポート、口当たりがいい。この時期のりんごは新鮮でおいしい。貯蔵方法が整っている今は一年中市場に出回るが、それでも今が美味しいのである。
明日はＴさんからりんごが届く。手製のアップルパイを覚えていてくれたらしい。そういえば自慢のアップルパイ作らなくなって久しいなあ。子供たちが巣立ち、こちらは退職してふるまうことがなくなって。だからアプリコットジャムも今年は煮てなかったし。
年末にはその子供たちが帰ってくるというから、ようしひとつ焼いてみるかなあ、アップルパイ。ごちそうさまです、Ｔさん。
